Yesterday 17th Nov, Naeto Chikwe was conferred with an MSc in Energy Economics over at University of Dundee, Scotland. According to his label Storm 360;
‘Naeto C is now qualified to discuss the knotty issues concerning power distribution, generation and solutions for Nigeria at any level and it is this balance that makes him unique, Naeto C represents the new modern African youth, focused, professional, multi-tasking and built to win’
The rapper whose initial career goal was to be a medical doctor, received his first degree, a BSc in Microbiology (2004) from George Washington University, DC, United States. However, after graduating he decided to pursue music, a decision that paid off with him getting signed to Storm 360, a hugely successful debut album “U Know My P” & serious celeb status.
In 2009 he decided to return to higher education this time to pursue a postgrad degree in Energy Economics…wise choice, Dude is setting himself up nicely…one can’t put all their eggs in one basket. 
Congrats to Naeto, he’s had a busy 18months juggling uni, touring, appearances & recording material for his new album Super C season, he must have racked up some serious air-miles!
On a totally random note, I know someone who went to Dundee the same time as Naeto, and homeboy threw some sick parties! Don’t let the cool demeanour fool you…LOL
